Despite its name, the proprietor of this quaint eatery is Uncle Recep, a warm and welcoming local figure. Alongside his family, Uncle Recep has diligently tended to Binlik Bay for years, catering to the needs of anchored boats. He skillfully prepares mouthwatering treats like Yoruk bread, flatbread, bagels, steamed fish, and wood oven-cooked goat, graciously serving them to seafaring guests. Uncle Recep's amiable demeanor also makes for delightful conversation. Additionally, the restaurant features a pier, although its discreet location may not be immediately apparent from Binlik Bay entrance.

Sarsala Bay followed by a 2-3 hour hike. Alternatively, one can opt for boat tours or yacht rentals. We recommend yacht rental as it allows for exploration of other Gocek bays along the way, affording opportunities to pause and relish each stop along the way.
